30YearMortgageRates.com collects only the minimum information required to operate the site. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, request path, timestamp) are retained for 30 days for security, fraud prevention, and analytics. - Consumer loan inquiries — we do not operate a lead capture form
- Consumer contact information for resale
- Financial identifiers (SSN, bank account, credit card) — we are not a lender and never collect these

We use essential cookies required for site operation (e.g., WordPress session cookies for logged-in editors). We do not set third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if present, are first-party aggregation only and do not identify individuals.
