Sponsored Lender State Licensing
Every sponsored lender appearing on 30YearMortgageRates.com is required, as a condition of placement, to hold active residential mortgage licensure in the state(s) where their placement appears. Licensure is verified at onboarding and re-verified annually against the NMLS Consumer Access database.
Publisher State Registration Posture
30YearMortgageRates.com is a digital publisher of informational mortgage market data. We do not originate, broker, or service mortgage loans. Because we do not engage in mortgage loan activity, we are not required to hold NMLS registration or state-level mortgage licensing. Our regulatory posture is documented in full on our Compliance Disclosure page.
