30 Year Mortgage Rates is an independent publisher of mortgage information. We are developing a directory of participating lenders whose listings link to each lender’s own website.

Advertising placements are not currently for sale, and no lender pays for placement today.

Before any paid placement is offered, we will publish how placements are priced, how advertisements are labeled, and how directory ordering works, kept separate from our editorial content. Our planned model is a fixed advertising fee. We are not offering referral-based, lead-based or closing-based compensation, and we make no claim about the legal treatment of any arrangement.
